Spiro Koleka (7 Juli 1908 – 22 Agustus 2001) adalah seorang negarawan, politikus komunis dan perwira militer berpangkat tinggi Albania pada Perang Dunia II. Ia berprofesi sebagai insinyur sipil. Spiro Koleka menjabat sebagai anggota parlemen di seluruh legislatur dari 1944 sampai 1990.[1] Koleka menjadi anggota Politbiro Partai Buruh Albania dari 1948 sampai 1981.
