Stadion Ray adalah sebuah stadion sepak bola di Nice, Prancis. Stadion ini merupakan kandang bagi klub sepak bola OGC Nice dan memiliki kapasitas 18.696.[1] Stadion ini sangat dikenal karena letaknya yang berada di pusat kota, walaupun merupakan bangunan lama dan kapasitas kecil.
Stadion ini akan digantikan oleh Allianz Riviera pada pertengahan tahun 2013.
