Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (ST: DS9 atau DS9) adalah sebuah program televisi fiksi ilmiah yang diluncurkan pada tahun 1993 dan bertahan untuk 7 musim, berakhir pada tahun 1999. Star Trek: Deep Space Nine dibuat oleh Rick Berman dan Michael Riller berdasarkan permintaan khusus Brandon Tartikoff. Film ini diproduksi oleh Paramount Television. Deep Space Nine termasuk salah satu program televisi yang didasari pada Star Trek karangan Gene Roddenberry.
Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sudah dimulai saat Star Trek: The Next Generation belum selesai. Beberapa karakter dari TNG seperti Miles Edward O'Brien (diperankan oleh Colm Meaney) dan Worf (diperankan oleh Michael Dorn) menjadi karakter tetap DS9.
Tidak seperti program televisi Star Trek lainnya, DS9 memiliki latar tempat utama dalam sebuah stasiun luar angkasa, bukan kapal luar angkasa. Walaupun USS Defiant diperkenalkan pada musim ketiga setelah dua musim berlal tanpa kapal luar angkasa, latar tempat utama tetap stasiun luar angkasa.
