Stasiun Kunebetsu (久根別駅, Kunebetsu-eki) adalah stasiun kereta api di Jalur Kereta Api Hokkaido Selatan di Hokuto, Hokkaido, Jepang, yang dioperasikan oleh Perusahaan Kereta Api Hokkaido Selatan.

Stasiun Kunebetsu dilayani oleh Jalur Kereta Api Hokkaido Selatan sepanjang 37,8 km antara Goryōkaku dan Kikonai.

Sejarah
Stasiun Kunebetsu di Jalur Esashi dibuka pada tanggal 15 September 1913.[1] Dengan privatisasi Kereta Api Nasional Jepang (JNR) pada 1 April 1987, stasiun ini berada di bawah kendali JR Hokkaido.[1]
Pengoperasian Jalur Esashi dialihkan dari JR Hokkaido ke Perusahaan Kereta Api Hokkaido Selatan ketika Hokkaido Shinkansen dibuka pada 26 Maret 2016.[2]
