Stasiun Margasari (MGS) adalah stasiun kereta api kelas III/kecil nonaktif yang terletak di Margasari, Margasari, Tegal. Stasiun yang terletak pada ketinggian +50 meter ini termasuk dalam Daerah Operasi V Purwokerto. Stasiun ini awalnya memiliki dua jalur dengan jalur 2 sebagai sepur lurus, tetapi kini jalur 1 sudah dibongkar. Saat ini tidak ada kereta api yang berhenti di stasiun ini.
