Sejarah
Stasiun Tachihi dibuka pada tanggal 27 November 1998 bersamaan dengan pembukaan jalur tersebut.[1]
Penomoran stasiun diperkenalkan pada Februari 2018 dengan Stasiun Tachihi diberi nomor "TT14".[2]
