Stenocarpus moorei adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Proteaceae yang berasal dari Queensland, New South Wales, dan Nugini. Spesies ini pertama kali dideskripsikan pada tahun 1859 oleh Ferdinand von Mueller dalam Fragmenta Phytographiae Australiae,[2][3] namun pada tahun 1870, George Bentham menurunkannya menjadi Stenocarpus salignus var. moorei dalam Flora Australiensis.[4]

Australian Plant Census menganggap S. moorei sebagai sinonim dari Stenocarpus salignus,[5] namun nama ini diterima di Papua Nugini[6] dan Stenocarpus salignus var. moorei merupakan nama yang diterima di Queensland.[7] Daun muda dari S. moorei memiliki bentuk menyirip, tetapi pohon yang dewasa memiliki daun tunggal.[8]
