Stephen Edward Biegun[1] (lahir 30 Maret 1963) adalah seorang pengusaha dan diplomat Amerika Serikat yang menjabat sebagai Wakil Menteri Luar Negeri Amerika Serikat dari Desember 2019 hingga Januari 2021. Biegun sebelumnya menjadi Perwakilan Istimewa Amerika Serikat untuk Korea Utara,[2] wakil presiden urusan pemerintahan internasional untuk Ford Motor Company,[3] ia merupakan anggota staf pada Dewan Keamanan Nasional serta penasehat keamanan nasional untuk Senator Bill Frist.[4]
