Stephen John Keynes OBE FLS (19 Oktober 1927 – 13 Agustus 2017) adalah anak cucu dari Charles Darwin dan ketua dari Charles Darwin Trust.
Keynes merupakan putra keempat dari Geoffrey Keynes, dan istrinya Elizabeth Darwin, putri dari Sir George Darwin; ia juga merupakan sepupu dari ekonom John Maynard Keynes. Saudara-saudaranya ialah Richard, Quentin dan Milo. Tahun 1955 ia menikahi Mary Cecilia Knatchbull-Hugessen, putri dari senator Kanada, Adrian Knatchbull-Hugessen. Mereka memiliki lima anak:
