Strictly Ballroom adalah sebuah film komedi romantis Australia tahun 1992 yang disutradarai oleh Baz Luhrmann dan diproduksi oleh M&A Productions.
Film ini didasarkan pada naskah panggung 1986 yang ditulis Luhrmann dan Andrew Bovell. Produser film Ted Albert telah melihat naskah ini dipertunjukkan di Wharf Theatre. Ia dan rekan bisnisnya Tristam Miall percaya drama ini dapat diubah menjadi musikal yang sukses. Sehingga Tristram Miall mendekati Baz Luhrmann untuk membeli hak film tersebut. Mereka menugaskan Baz Luhrmann untuk menulis dan menyutradarai adaptasi film ini dan Albert menghabiskan tiga tahun untuk mengumpulkan pendanaan pembuatannya.
