Suai adalah kota di Timor Leste. Jumlah penduduknya 23.000 dan letaknya 138 km di barat daya Dili, ibu kota negara itu. Suai adalah ibu kota dari Distrik Cova-Lima, yang terletak di bagian barat daya Timor Leste. Kota ini terletak hanya beberapa kilometer dari Laut Timor, di sebelah selatan pulau tersebut.
Suai adalah tempat terjadinya Pembantaian Gereja Suai yang terkenal. Tragedi ini terjadi pada September 1999. Ini adalah salah satu dari pembataian yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok milisi pro Indonesia menjelang penarikan mundur Indonesia dari Timor Leste. Suai dilayani oleh Bandara Suai yang diperluas pada tahun 2017. Rumah Sakit Rujukan Suai terletak di kota ini.[1]
