Sud Aviation (French pronunciation: [syd avjasjɔ], Southern Aviation) adalah produsen pesawat milik negara Prancis, berasal dari penggabungan Sud-Est (SNCASE, atau Société nationale des konstruksi aéronautiques du sud-est) dan Sud-Ouest (SNCASO atau Société nationale des konstruksi aéronautiques du sud-ouest) pada tanggal 1 Maret 1957.
Kedua perusahaan tersebut dibentuk dari perusahaan swasta kecil yang telah dinasionalisasi menjadi enam perusahaan regional dan manufaktur sebelum Perang Dunia II .
