Sukade adalah manisan kulit jeruk sitrus, Citrus medica. Setelah dipetik dan dimasak dengan gula, sukade dikeringkan dan dipotong-potong kecil. Sukade biasanya berwarna kuning atau hijau tembus pandang, rasanya mirip jeruk tetapi lebih pahit. Sukade digunakan dalam berbagai kue dan pastry, oliebollen, dan roti kismis (krentenbrood). Konon bangsa Babilonia di bawah pemerintahan Nebukadnezar telah menggunakan buah ini untuk makanan dan wangi-wangian.
