Suku Roon adalah kelompok etnis yang mendiami Pulau Roon di Papua Barat. Suku ini memiliki populasi sekitar 1.100 jiwa.[1] Wilayah yang mereka huni terletak di sebelah barat Teluk Cenderawasih, yakni di ujung Tanjung Mangguar. Secara administratif, wilayah suku Roon termasuk ke dalam kecamatan Wasior, Kabupaten Teluk Wondama.[1] Mereka menuturkan bahasa Roon, yakni sebuah bahasa dari rumpun Melayu-Polinesia Timur yang berkerabat dengan bahasa Biak.
