Sultanbeyli (pengucapan [sulˈtanbejli]) adalah suatu distrik kelas pekerja di pinggiran kota Istanbul, Turki. Letaknya di sisi Asia, ke bagian pedalaman dari Kartal dan Pendik. Populasinya 298.143 jiwa per tahun 2011, lebih dari tiga kali lipat angka tahun 1990 yang sebesar 82.298. Wali kotanya adalah Hüseyin Keskin dari Partai Keadilan dan Pembangunan (AKP).
Sejarah
Sampai saat ini Distrik Sultanbeyli merupakan lahan pertanian. Antara tahun 1940-an dan 1950-an, kepemilikan lahan besar dari periode Utsmaniyah dibagi-bagi untuk pemukiman migran Turki dari Bulgaria. Sebuah desa dibangun pada tahun 1950-an di salah satu jalan raya utama yang menghubungkan Istanbul dengan daerah pedalaman.
