Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. (三井住友建設株式会社, Sumitomo Mitsui Kensetsu Kabuki-kaisha) merupakan sebuah perusahaan konstruksi asal Jepang yang berkantor pusat di Chuo, Tokyo. Perusahaan ini memulai sejarahnya pada tahun 1887, saat Nishimoto-Gumi, pendahulu Mitsui Construction didirikan. Nishimoto-Gumi kemudian didaftarkan sebagai badan hukum pada tahun 1941.[1] Perusahaan ini dibentuk pada tahun 2003 saat Mitsui Construction dan Sumitomo Construction setuju untuk bergabung.[3] Perusahaan ini kini menjadi bagian dari Mitsui Group dan Sumitomo Group.
