Sumur Ghars (bahasa Arab: بئر غرس) adalah sebuah sumur bersejarah di Madinah, Arab Saudi. Saat ini, terletak kurang lebih 1 kilometer di sebelah timur laut Masjid Quba.[butuh rujukan] Persisnya berada di bawah bangunan beratap di samping Ma'had Darul Hijrah. Nabi ﷺ pernah minum airnya, dan berwasiat agar setelah wafatnya, jasadnya dimandikan dengan air sumur ini.[butuh rujukan]
