Sungai Beilun (Hanzi: 北仑河; Pinyin: Běilún hé) atau Sungai Ka Long, Sungai Bắc Luân (sông Bắc Luân) merupakan sungai yang terletak di Provinsi Otonom Guangxi di barat daya Tiongkok dan Provinsi Quảng Ninh di timur laut Vietnam.
