Sungai gletser
Sungai Gletser adalah sungai yang sumber airnya berasal dari lelehan es atau salju. Sungai ini hanya ada di daerah lintang tinggi atau di puncak gunung yang tinggi.[1] Sebenarnya, sungai yang airnya benar-benar murni berasal dari pencairan es saja (ansich) boleh dikatakan tidak ada, tetapi pada bagian hulu sungai Gangga di India (yang berhulu di Pegunungan Himalaya) dan hulu sungai Rhein di Jerman (yang berhulu di Pegunungan Alpen) dapat dikatakan sebagai contoh jenis sungai ini.
