Dame Susan Dilys Dougan GCMG OBE (nama gadis Ryan; lahir 3 Maret 1955) adalah Gubernur Jenderal dari Saint Vincent dan Grenadine sejak 1 Agustus 2019.[5][6] Ia adalah wanita pertama yang memangku jabatan ini.[7]
