Susanne Baer, FBA (lahir 16 Februari 1964) adalah seorang cendekiawan hukum Jerman dan salah satu dari 16 hakim Mahkamah Konstitusional Federal Jerman. Baer menjadi William W. Cook Global Law Professor di University of Michigan Law School sejak musim dingin 2010 dan juga profesor hukum masyarakat dan kajian gender dalam Fakultas Hukum di Universitas Humboldt Berlin dan dekan urusan akademiknya.
