Susyi pizza adalah sebuah hidangan Kanada yang berasal dari Toronto dan perpaduan dari susyi dan pizza yang sering disajikan di Greater Toronto Area. Hidangan tersebut diciptakan oleh Kaoru Ohsada tak lebih dari Mei 1993 saat menjadi chef di Nami Japanese Seafood Restaurant.[1]
