Sutra Kharmelia (akrab disapa Lia - lahir Jakarta 14 Oktober 1977) adalah pembawa acara berita Indonesia. Ia menjadi anchor dalam program berita Berita Global. Dia mulai bekerja di Global TV sejak tahun 2005 hingga 2013. Sebelumya Lia bekerja di Lativi tahun 2002 hingga 2005. Ia adalah anak dari Ucok Harahap, penyanyi rock Indonesia yang tenar pada era 1970-1980-an. Ibunya, Farida Yasmin, adalah mantan model dan aktris Indonesia.
Sejak tanggal 2 Agustus 2005, Dia bekerja di Global TV membawakan berita Berita Global, Global Malam, Buletin Indonesia Pagi dan Buletin Indonesia Siang.
