Syrniki adalah pancake quark goreng yang terkenal di Slavia Timur, dihiasi dengan krim asam, varenye, selai, madu atau saus apel. Campuran keju mungkin mengandung kismis untuk rasa ekstra. Di Rusia, mereka juga dikenal sebagai tvorozhniki (творо́жники). Mereka adalah bagian dari masakan Belarus, Rusia, Ukraina, Latvia (sirņiki)[1] dan Serbia.
Makanan ini disajikan sebagai sarapan atau hidangan penutup sesuai selera.
