Tălmaciu (bahasa Jerman: Talmesch; bahasa Hungaria: Nagytalmács) adalah sebuah kota yang terletak di County Sibiu, Rumania tengah. Kota ini terletak 20 km di sebelah selatan kota Sibiu.
Berdasarkan sensus tahun 2011, 95,3% penduduk kota ini merupakan orang Rumania, 3,3% orang Rom, 0,8% Hungaria, dan 0,6% Jerman.
