Take Me Away adalah singel yang ditulis oleh Avril Lavigne dan Evan Taubenfeld, dan merupakan singel yang dirilis dari album kedua Avril Lavigne yang berjudul Under My Skin. Singel ini mulai dikembangkan pada bulan Maret tahun 2004 oleh radio rock Kanada, tepat pada saat-saat peluncuran singel internasional utama dari album Under My Skin, "Don't Tell Me".[1] Singel ini juga digunakan sebagai sisi B dalam beberapa edisi CD "Don't Tell Me". Selain itu, singel ini juga dirilis sebagai singel ke-5 dari album Under My Skin di Australia, walaupun hanya sebagai singel radio saja pada tahun 2005. Tak ada video musik untuk singel ini.[2][3]
Avril Lavigne juga menulis lagu lain yang berjudul sama, namun ditulis olehnya dan tim penulis lagu the matrix. Keduanya benar- benar berbeda,"Take Me Away" versi lain ini adalah sisi B untuk album pertama Avril Let Go. Lagu ini direkam pada tahun 2001 dan durasinya lebih panjang 3:29. Lagu ini pada mulanya dimaksudkan untuk album pertama Avril, tetapi tidak masuk dalam daftar track akhir.
