Tamzin Maria Outhwaite (/ˈaʊθweɪt/; lahir 5 November 1970) adalah seorang aktris, presenter dan narator berkebangsaan Inggris. Sejak memainkan peran Mel Owen dalam sinetron EastEnders, dia telah membintangi sejumlah produksi teater dan televisi, termasuk serial tentara Red Cap dan drama kriminal New Tricks.[1]
