Tanah Rupert atau Tanah Pangeran Rupert adalah sebuah wilayah yang terletak di Amerika Utara. Wilayah ini terdiri dari daerah aliran sungai Teluk Hudson yang merupakan wilayah dengan monopoli perdagangan untuk Perusahaan Teluk Hudson selama 200 tahun (dari tahun 1670 hingga 1870), walaupun terdapat penduduk asli yang tinggal di wilayah yang sama dan mempertanyakan status kedaulatan wilayah tersebut. Tanah Rupert kini merupakan bagian dari Kanada (termasuk seluruh Manitoba, sebagian besar Saskatchewan, Alberta selatan, Nunavut selatan, dan bagian utara Ontario dan Quebec), walaupun sebagian kecil berada di bawah kedaulatan Amerika Serikat (sebagian wilayah Minnesota dan Dakota Utara dan sebagian kecil wilayah Montana dan Dakota Selatan).

Wilayah ini dinamai dari Pangeran Rupert dari Rhein yang merupakan keponakan Raja Charles I dari Inggris dan gubernur pertama Perusahaan Teluk Hudson.
