Tangkar (dikenal juga sebagai crypsirinines dari nama subfamili, Crypsirininae ) adalah sejenis burung yang terdiri dari empat genera yang berkerabat dekat ( Dendrocitta, Crypsirina, Temnurus dan Platysmurus ) dari burung pengicau ekor panjang dalam keluarga Corvidae. Ada 12 spesies pai pohon. Beberapa burung tangkar-uli mirip dengan burung kucica. Kebanyakan burung tangkar-uli berwarna hitam, putih, abu-abu atau coklat. Mereka ditemukan di Asia Tenggara. Mereka tinggal di hutan tropis. Mereka sangat arboreal dan jarang turun ke tanah untuk mencari makan.
