Tapian Na Oeli (ejaan saat ini: Tapian Na Uli; aksara Batak: ᯖᯇᯪᯀᯉ᯲ᯉᯥᯞᯪ) adalah surat kabar berbahasa Mandailing yang diprakarsai oleh Dja Endar Moeda yang terbit di Sibolga (keterangan lain menyatakan Padang) pada tanggal 20 Oktober 1900.[1][2][3][4]
