Tay Za (IPA: [tèza̰]; bahasa Burma: တေဇ, diucapkan [tèza̰]; juga disebut Tayza atau Teza; lahir 18 Juli 1964) adalah seorang pengusaha asal Myanmar dan Ketua Htoo Group of Companies, Myanmar. Ia adalah rekan dekat dari kepala negara Than Shwe. Ia adalah wirausahawan Myanmar pertama yang tampil di sampul Forbes Asia dan masih menjadi orang terkaya di Myanmar.[1][2]
