Tehuelche adalah nama untuk penduduk asli di Patagonia. Mereka juga disebut Patagon.
Kemungkinan kisah pengelana Eropa awal mengenai Patagon, ras raksasa di Amerika Serikat, berdasarkan dari Tehuelche, karena Tehuelche berukuran tinggi. Menurut sensus tahun 2001, terdapat 4.300 Tehuelche di provinsi Chubut dan Santa Cruz, dan 1.637 Tehuelce di bagian Argentina lainnya.
Tehuelce menuturkan bahasa Tehuelche.
