Tel al-Sultan atau Tall as-Sultan (bahasa Arab: معسكر تل السلطان) adalah satu dari delapan kamp pengungsi Palestina di Jalur Gaza. kamp ini terletak di Kegubernuran Rafah, tepat di utara kota Rafah dan Kamp Rafah.[2] Kamp ini didirikan untuk menampung pengungsi yang dipulangkan dari Kamp Canada.[3]
UNRWA tidak membedakan Kamp Rafah dan Tall as-Sultan.[3] Badan Pusat Statistik Palestina memperkirakan Tel al-Sultan dihuni oleh 24.418 jiwa pada pertengahan tahun 2006.[1]
