Teluk Guanabara (bahasa Portugis: Baía de Guanabara) adalah teluk samudra yang terletak di Brasil Tenggara di negara bagian Rio de Janeiro. Di pantai baratnya terletak kota Rio de Janeiro dan Duque de Caxias, dan di pantai timurnya terdapat kota Niterói dan São Gonçalo. Empat kotamadya lain mengelilingi pantai teluk. Teluk Guanabara adalah teluk terbesar kedua di Brasil, dengan luas 412 kilometer persegi (159 mil persegi), dengan keliling 143 kilometer (89 mil).
Teluk Guanabara memiliki panjang 31 kilometer (19 mil) dan lebar maksimum 28 kilometer (17 mil). Mulut lebarnya 1,5 kilometer (0,93 mil) diapit di ujung timur oleh Pico do Papagaio (Puncak Burung Beo) dan ujung barat oleh Pão de Açúcar.
