Teluk Kachemak (Dena'ina: Tika Kaq’) adalah bagian sepanjang 64 km dari Teluk Cook di Alaska. Teluk ini terletak pada bagian barat daya Semenanjung Kenai. Komunitas Homer, Halbut Cove, Seldovia, Nanwalek, Port Graham, dan Kachemak City berada pada teluk ini beserta dengan pemukiman Pemercaya Lama di wilayah Sungai Fox, Voznesenka, Kachemak Selo dan Razdolna.
Salah stau interpretasi dari kata "Kachemak" adalah "Teluk Berasap", yang dirujuk dari kata Alutiiq yang menjabarkan batubara yang biasa memenuhi daerah ini dengan asap.[2]
