Kenji Mizoguchi (溝口 健二 Mizoguchi Kenji; 16 Mei 1898 – 24 Agustus 1956) merupakan seorang sutradara dan skenario berkebangsaan Jepang. Dia dilahirkan di Tokyo. Berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1930 hingga dia meninggal dunia pada tahun 1956 di Kyoto akibat leukemia.
