Nuri Bilge Ceylan (pengucapan bahasa Turki: [ˈnuːri ˈbilɟe ˈdʒejlan], lahir 26 Januari 1959) adalah seorang fotografer, penulis skenario, aktor, dan sutradara film berkebangsaan Turki. Ia merupakan penerima Palme d'Or–penghargaan tertinggi dalam Festival Film Cannes–pada tahun 2014 melalui film Winter Sleep. Ia menikah dengan aktris dan fotografer Ebru Ceylan.
