Sydney Irwin Pollack (1 Juli 1934 – 26 Mei 2008) adalah seorang sutradara film, produser, dan aktor Amerika. Pollack dikenal karena menyutradarai film studio yang mendapat pujian komersial dan kritis. Selama empat puluh tahun berkarier, ia menerima banyak penghargaan, termasuk dua Academy Awards dan Primetime Emmy Award, selain nominasi untuk tiga Golden Globe Awards dan enam BAFTA Awards.
