Duatentopet atau Tentopet merupakan seorang ratu Dinasti ke-20 di Mesir Kuno, ia adalah istri firaun Ramses IV, dan ibunda Ramses V. Meskipun identitas istri Ramses IV belum dinyatakan dengan jelas di dalam sejarah, ia dianggap sebagai calon yang paling mungkin berdasarkan gelar-gelar keutamaan yang diberikan kepadanya dan yang ditemukan tercantum di makamnya (QV74).
Di kompleks kuil Karnak, sebuah Adoratrix bernama Tentopet digambarkan dengan Ramses III di Kuil Khonsu. Kemungkinan besar Tentopet dan Ratu Duatentopet adalah orang yang sama, dan bahwa ia adalah putri Ramses III. Ini akan menjadikannya saudari, atau saudari tiri suaminya.
Pelayannya, Amenhotep dimakamkan di makam Theban, TT346.[1]
