Tepung apel

Tepung apel adalah tepung yang terbuat dari penggilingan pomace apel, campuran sekitar 54% daging buah, 34% kulit, 7% biji, 4% inti biji, dan 2% batang yang tersisa setelah apel diperas dan dihancurkan untuk diambil sarinya.[1] Ini juga disebut "tepung pomace apel", yang mungkin mengandung serat makanan dalam jumlah lebih tinggi daripada tepung putih olahan.[2]
