The Autumn Effect adalah album studio ketiga dari grup musik metal alternatif Tennessee 10 Years. Diproduksi oleh Josh Abraham, dirilis pada 16 Agustus 2005 melalui Universal Records dan Republic Records. Ditampilkan di album ini adalah lagu rock modern populer "Wasteland" dan dua single lainnya, "Through the Iris" dan "Waking Up".

Karena kesuksesan "Wasteland", The Autumn Effect memecahkan 10 Tahun menjadi mainstream[3] dan pada 6 Desember 2017, album tersebut telah menerima sertifikasi Emas dari RIAA.

Album ini memuncak di nomor 72 di Billboard 200, dan masuk kembali ke 100 teratas tangga lagu, berdasarkan kesuksesan arus utama yang berkembang dari single "Wasteland". Album secara keseluruhan telah sering dibandingkan dengan karya Tool, Deftones, dan, pada tingkat lebih rendah, Incubus.

Versi yang sedikit berbeda dari lagu "Wasteland", "Through The Iris", dan "Insects" semuanya muncul di album 2004 Killing All That Holds You.
