The Roman Revolution (1939) adalah sebuah kajian pembelajaran terhadap tahun-tahun akhir Republik Romawi kuno dan pembentukan Kekaisaran Romawi oleh Caesar Augustus.[1] Buku tersebut adalah karya Sir Ronald Syme (1903–1989), seorang cendekiawan Tacitean terkenal, dan diterbitkan oleh Oxford University Press.
