The Voicer adalah album karya Reza Artamevia yang berupa kompilasi terbaik. Album ini dirilis oleh Aquarius Musikindo pada tahun 2009 atau tujuh tahun setelah albumnya yang terakhir, Keyakinan (2002). Di album ini, ia tampil dengan mengganti ejaan namanya menjadi Rezza. Album ini berisi karya-karya terbaik Rezza sejak album pertamanya pada tahun 1997. Album ini memuat tiga lagu baru yaitu "Ketulusan", "Tidakkah Kau Lihat", dan "Keyakinan" yang seharusnya dirilis sebagai bagian dari album "Keyakinan" tetapi tidak masuk ke dalam tracklist. Album ini juga memuat singel kolaborasi Rezza dengan Pas Band berjudul "Getir" yang dirilis pada tahun 2004 sebagai bagian dari album Stairway to Seventh.
