Thelma Schoonmaker (/ˈskuːnmeɪkər/;[1] lahir 3 Januari 1940) adalah seorang penyunting film Amerika, yang terkenal karena kolaborasinya selama lima dekade dengan sutradara Martin Scorsese. Dia telah menerima banyak penghargaan, termasuk tiga Academy Awards, dua BAFTA Awards, dan empat ACE Eddie Awards. Dia telah mendapat penghargaan British Film Institute Fellowship pada tahun 1997, Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement pada tahun 2014, dan BAFTA Fellowship pada tahun 2019.
Schoonmaker mulai bekerja dengan Scorsese pada film debutnya, Who's That Knocking at My Door (1967), dan telah mengedit semua filmnya sejak Raging Bull (1980).
