Thom Mayne (lahir 19 Januari 1944) adalah seorang arsitek Amerika. Ia berbasis di Los Angeles. Mayne membantu pendirian Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) pada 1972, di mana ia menjadi orang kepercayaan. Sejak itu, ia memegang posisi mengajar di SCI-Arc, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona)[1] dan University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Ia merupakan kepala Morphosis, sebuah firma arsitektural di Culver City, California. Mayne meraih Penghargaan Pritzker pada Maret 2005.[2]
