Thomas Stanislaus MacDonagh (bahasa Irlandia: Tomás Anéislis Mac Donnchadha; 1 Februari 1878 – 3 Mei 1916) adalah seorang aktivis politik, penyair, pengarang sandiwara, pengajar dan pemimpin revolusioner Irlandia. Ia adalah salah satu dari tujuh pemimpin Easter Rising pada tahun 1916, penandatangan Proklamasi Republik Irlandia, dan Komandan Batalion ke-2, Dublin Brigade dari Irish Volunteers, yang berjuang dalam pabrik biskuit Jacob's.
