Thomas Vincent (kelahiran 1964) adalah seorang sutradara, penulis naskah dan pemeran asal Prancis. Film tahun 1999 buatannya Karnaval masuk dalam Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-49 di mana film tersebut memenangkan Penghargaan Alfred Bauer.[1]
