Thomas Joseph Winning FRSE FEIS DCL LLD (3 Juni 1925 – 17 Juni 2001) adalah seorang Kardinal Gereja Katolik Roma Skotlandia. Ia menjabat sebagai Uskup Agung Glasgow dari 1974 dan Presiden Konferensi Waligereja Skotlandia dari 1985 sampai kematiannya. Winning diangkat menjadi kardinal pada 1994.[1][2]
