Thoracica merupakan infrakelas teritip yang berisi spesies teritip paling umum yang ditemukan di pantai berbatu, seperti Semibalanus balanoides dan Chthamalus stellatus. Anggotanya mempunyai enam anggota tubuh yang berkembang dengan baik, dan mungkin bertangkai atau sesil. Karapaksnya sangat terkalsifikasi. Kelompok ini mencakup spesies teritip yang hidup bebas dan bersimbiosis komensalisme.[2]
