Timothy Sylvester Harris (born 6 Desember 1964)[1] adalah seorang politikus Saint Kitts dan Nevis dan Perdana Menteri Saint Kitts dan Nevis saat ini sejak 2015. Sebelumnya ia menjabat sebagai Menteri Luar Negeri dari 10 Agustus 2001 hingga 25 Januari 2008, sebagai Menteri Keuangan dari 2008 hingga 2010, dan sebagai Menteri Senior dan Menteri Pertanian dari 2010 hingga 2013.
Pada tahun 2013 Perdana Menteri Denzil Douglas memecat Harris dari kabinet. Harris mendirikan Partai Buruh Rakyat (PLP) di akhir tahun. Dalam rangka Pilkada 2015 PLP membentuk aliansi Tim Persatuan dengan Gerakan Aksi Rakyat dan Gerakan Warga Peduli. Aliansi memenangkan pemilihan, dan meskipun PLP hanya memenangkan satu kursi, Harris menjadi Perdana Menteri ketiga independen St. Kitts dan Nevis pada 16 Februari. Dia menggantikan petahana, Denzil Douglas, yang menjabat hampir 20 tahun masa jabatan bersejarah.
